Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before you start using this website. Accepting these terms means that you have read them and fully understood them. If you do not agree with these terms or do not understand their content, leave dirtynight.pl immediately.
These Terms and Conditions set out the conditions for using the dirtynight.pl website.
Access to the service
dirtynight.pl is a social networking service intended for making contacts and building relationships between people looking for an escort (an exchange of social contacts between users) for the purpose of spending time together on terms agreed by both parties.
It is a website serving as a means of distance communication. Registering a user account is free of charge.
By accessing the website or using it in any way, including but not limited to visiting or browsing dirtynight.pl, using existing accounts containing ads or offers, and uploading any content or other materials to the website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Capitalised terms have the meaning given to them in these Terms and Conditions.
By accepting the Terms and Conditions, you declare and confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old (or have reached the age of majority under the law applicable in the jurisdiction in which you are currently located), you have the right to possess and/or view adult material in your place of residence, and you will not allow minors to access the materials on this website.
- You accept and confirm that your use of this website is subject to the law applicable in the jurisdiction to which you are subject, and that there are no restrictions, including age restrictions, that would prevent you from using this service.
- You understand that dirtynight.pl is a website intended for adults that may contain photos, videos, audio materials, voice recordings and other content of a sexual nature.

- You agree not to download, copy, store, cut and paste, sell, license, rent, lease, modify, distribute, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works based on the materials or content on this website without the prior consent of the actual owner of such content or materials.
- You understand that the website contains information about and links to providers of entertainment services, as well as to ordinary people looking for fun and company for the purpose of spending time together on terms agreed by both parties.
All accounts, ads and offers on the website are for information purposes only.
dirtynight.pl does not evaluate, sponsor or endorse in any way the users who register with the dirtynight.pl service
dirtynight.pl bears no responsibility for, and does not tolerate or participate in, any immoral or unlawful activities.

- Entering the website means conscious and voluntary acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Use of the service
It is prohibited to use dirtynight.pl in a manner that causes or may cause damage to the website or restrict its availability, or in a manner that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.
dirtynight.pl may not be used to copy, store, host, transmit, distribute, use, publish or disseminate any material containing or related to spyware, computer viruses, Trojan horses, worms, keyloggers, rootkits or other malicious software.
Systematic or automated data collection (including but not limited to scraping, data mining, data extraction and data harvesting) on or in connection with dirtynight.pl is prohibited without our express written consent.
dirtynight.pl may not be used to send or publish unsolicited commercial, service or advertising information.
dirtynight.pl may not be used for marketing purposes without our express written consent.
User
The photos and profile texts published on dirtynight.pl are provided by users who are registered users of dirtynight.pl, and they bear responsibility for the content of the profile, including the uploaded photos and the texts posted in ads and offers.
Users are prohibited from uploading fake or untrue user photos, or photos that do not show a real person. If we detect such an account, it will be deleted immediately.
If an account has VIP or Featured status, purchased vouchers are non-refundable.
Users may upload a verification photo to confirm that the profile is genuine. The requirements for the verification photo can be found in each user account.
The verification photo is used solely for internal purposes and will never be published.
In the case of unreliable agencies/clubs, we require verification of at least 5 profiles in order to activate the account.
If vouchers have been purchased and this condition is not met, the user is not entitled to a refund of the cost of the purchased vouchers.
Users of dirtynight.pl are prohibited from publishing content depicting genitals. Such photos will be removed immediately.
All users of dirtynight.pl must be at least 18 years old.
dirtynight.pl checks every comment, ad, piece of content and photo before it is published.
If we consider that the age of a person shown in a photo raises doubts with respect to the minimum age of 18, we may ask for an identity document and proof of age to be presented. We reserve the right to refuse publication if a photo does not meet the principles of good business practice, or to remove it entirely.
Please note that all fake user accounts will be deleted without prior notice, and the vouchers in the user's account will expire and will not be refunded.
Deleting a profile and re-uploading the same person, creating duplicate profiles, or deleting an entire account and creating a new account in order to obtain a higher position in the service is strictly prohibited.
If we detect users performing such actions, we will remove them from dirtynight.pl without prior notice.
The permitted way of moving a profile to a higher position in a section is to use the VIP or Featured services available in the user account, which can be purchased with vouchers.
Removal policy
Every ad or offer has a “Report as fake” button.
If you believe that a profile uses fake photos, that the user or offer is not genuine, that the content infringes copyright, etc., use this button.
Each report is processed within 14 (fourteen) working days, but it usually happens much sooner.
Services
Each registered user may use the full capabilities of dirtynight.pl only after purchasing advertising space.
The available services include creating and publishing profiles that allow other registered or unregistered users to view the created account and express interest in a meeting.
Registered users may also send private messages to other users, add comments and reviews about other users, give other users gift vouchers (the “tap” feature), and add ads and offers.
Unregistered users may browse the accounts of registered users, offers and ads.
Verified users
As the administrator, we verify profiles and strive to publish only genuine and credible ads; however, since full verification of all data is not possible, dirtynight.pl bears no responsibility for their truthfulness or for the content of ads and comments, or for unauthorised changes to texts published by users of the website.
We also bear no responsibility for users possibly publishing photos or other materials that infringe copyright or are shared without the owners' consent, for limitations in the operation of the service, or for temporary or permanent blocking of the website resulting from technical problems.
dirtynight.pl reserves the right to refuse to publish comments and to remove ads, photos and other content posted by users if there is a suspicion of a violation of the Terms and Conditions, applicable law or the principles of social coexistence.
Every ad has a verification feature.
Every user creating an account on dirtynight.pl has a “Verification” option, which makes it possible to obtain “Verified user” status.
We require a verification photo or a photo of the face together with an identity document as confirmation that the profile is genuine.
After the required verification photos have been uploaded, the account receives verified status.
Detailed requirements for account verification are available in the “My account” tab.
Please note, however, that dirtynight.pl cannot and does not guarantee that the person shown in the photos in an account, ad or offer is the same person who will appear at a meeting arranged with another user.
dirtynight.pl is fully committed to raising awareness of human trafficking and sexual exploitation and undertakes to counteract such practices.
If we learn of a case involving human trafficking, sexual exploitation, child pornography or other similar violations, we will take all reasonable action and will cooperate with law enforcement authorities and state institutions dealing with the protection of human rights or combating crime.
We wish to inform you that, unfortunately, there are cases in which people are forced into actions against their will and the law, which dirtynight.pl firmly does not accept.
Any suspicions of sexual exploitation of minors and/or human trafficking should be reported to the appropriate authorities in your country.
Content
In these Terms and Conditions, the term “Your content” means materials (including but not limited to texts, images, audio, video and audiovisual materials) that you voluntarily upload to dirtynight.pl for a purpose of your choosing.
You grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive and royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute Your content in all current and future media.
You also grant us the right to sublicense these rights and the right to take legal action in the event of an infringement of these rights.
You declare and warrant that Your content complies with the Terms and Conditions.
User content may not be illegal or contrary to law, may not infringe the rights of third parties, and may not give rise to legal claims against you, dirtynight.pl or any other third party (in accordance with applicable law).
You may not upload to dirtynight.pl content that is or has been the subject of threats, actual legal proceedings or other similar complaints and proceedings.
It is prohibited to post on dirtynight.pl photos containing text links, logos, telephone numbers or e-mail addresses. Such photos will be removed without prior notice.
We reserve the right to edit or remove any materials uploaded to dirtynight.pl or stored on our servers, hosted or published on the dirtynight.pl service.
All content uploaded by users is checked by our moderation team within 96 hours.
Messages
Registered users can communicate using messages.
Each message is paid for with tokens, which are automatically deducted from the token balance available in the given user account.
When using messages, it is prohibited to send any content (including graphic and audiovisual materials) that violates the Terms and Conditions or the rules of netiquette, contains false information or may mislead other users.
A user sending messages is obliged to comply with applicable law and the principles of social coexistence.
It is prohibited to send messages that insult other users or infringe their personal rights.
Complaints
The user has the right to file a complaint concerning the services provided by dirtynight.pl.
dirtynight.pl is not liable for failure to perform services resulting from circumstances for which it is not responsible.
A response to a complaint will be given within fourteen days of its receipt.

Technical requirements
To use dirtynight.pl, you need a device with Internet access and a web browser capable of displaying websites and supporting JavaScript and cookies.
Users planning to create an account on dirtynight.pl must also have an active e-mail address in order to register the account.
Termination of cooperation
We may terminate your access to dirtynight.pl without giving a reason and without prior notice, which may result in the loss and deletion of all information concerning you.
All provisions of the Terms and Conditions which, under applicable law, should remain in force after the termination of cooperation, including but not limited to provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, indemnities and limitation of liability, remain in effect.
dirtynight.pl respects the intellectual property rights of others.
If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed, let us know and contact us.
We will take all possible legal action to protect your rights.
The user has the right to delete their account at any time without giving a reason in the “Account settings” tab available to logged-in users.
Deleting the account means the immediate termination of the agreement with dirtynight.pl by the user and the end of the provision of services by dirtynight.pl, including services paid for with tokens.
Unused tokens cannot be refunded.
Dispute resolution
Any disputes or claims related in any way to the use of dirtynight.pl services will be resolved in accordance with the law applicable to the place of registration of the website administrator.
The user agrees to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Panama.
By using the services of dirtynight.pl, you agree that these Terms and Conditions and any disputes that may arise between you and dirtynight.pl will first be resolved through negotiations aimed at reaching an agreement.
Final provisions
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change or replace any provision of the Terms and Conditions by publishing an updated version on dirtynight.pl.
Continuing to use dirtynight.pl after changes have been made means acceptance of the new terms.
Please check the Terms and Conditions periodically to familiarise yourself with any changes.
If you do not agree with any provision of the Terms and Conditions or with changes to the Terms and Conditions, do not use dirtynight.pl or stop using it immediately.

These rules also govern the use of dirtynight.pl services.
We reserve the right to make changes to the website, policies, terms of use and these Terms and Conditions at any time.
If any of the provisions is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, it will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Terms and Conditions.
